Hair color: Dark red with slightly darker tones.

Skin colour: Light

Physical description- Short build, slightly skinny build, flat chested with a slight curvy hips, a knife

Clothing Style: Wears a simple black old t-shirt and a dark grey pants rolled up to her knees and most of the times no shoes.

Friends: Was good friends with Finnick, since growing up he was a older brother figure to her.

Personality: At first she was a shy, conservative girl and was still view that way to those who don't know her, but when she was 5 and Finnick had saved her from drowning when her leg was caught in sea weed in the water and since they became close and because of that revealed her kind, fun loving nature, but that mostly was shown around him. She's kind and thoughtful and was slightly compulsive as a child which often put her at risk for injury. She's nurturing to her little half sister as well as supportive to her father, helping him in any ways he can. She's also caring, Finnick and her would often give as she can smuggled fish or other sea food saltwater plums picked from trees near coast lines and traded district 11 bread to those in her community, though it wasn't much, little gestures like those made a big difference between starvation and life.

Half Sister - Lia [5] - born with very poor site, because since the District 4 bread is highly salty, many of it's residence develop hypertension, hence why the most valued thing in the black market of district 4 was district 11 bread, it's high in gain and wheat reduces the risk and the damages of hypertension.

Skills: She's very good at cooking and also had identifying edible Sea life as well as being able to swim and when she was little Finnick and her made a practice dart board in a shack where they'd normally account for the fish they'd smuggle during fishing times. Since all of the fish caught by fishermen and women would be packaged and sent to the capitol and only 1/4 of their fishing catches a month could be kept to the district as well as any spoiling and diseased sea food they caught as well because of this even though District 4 is said to be one of the richer districts they still faced poverty. Finnick and her used to smuggle some of their catches for their families in shacks, hidden and built in under water caves, it was like a little hidden play house and in there they'd do a bit of knife throws, Finnick was better at spears than tiny knifes however knifes seemed to work well with her.

Weaknesses- She's not a very good at climbing or building traps despite Finnick's attempts to help her learn the basic fish traps she still cannot get a grip of them, she's not very good a runner since her knee had been often injured from her fail attempts at climbing

Knowledge of Weaponry: She only knows how to throw knives with an acute accuracy.

Likes: Cooking, Knives, District 11 bread, saltwater plums, mint and goat cheese, which was what Finnick would share with her if he had smuggled enough items to make a trade for it.

Dislikes: The Capitol, jelly fish, District 4 bread, her birth mother.
